We enjoyed the hotel's proximity to major attractions like Hampton Court and Kew Gardens. The room was spacious enough for our family, making it comfortable for the kids to play and relax after a long day of exploring.
My kids wished there were more dining options for picky eaters.

missingWrote a review on 06 Julcrowded dining
The new rooms, while stylish, come up short on space. barely enough room to navigate between the bed and the dressing table. The absence of a proper office chair and dim lighting makes working difficult, not to mention the quirky mattress scenario where one side’s deeper than the other, creating an uncomfortable ridge. The fridge is a noisy compact beast that disrupts sleep, and finding enough power outlets can be a challenge too. Plus, the dining area during breakfast turns into a chaotic mess with limited seating and long lines, making it a cumbersome experience.
